This product is intended for further cooking, batter must reach 165°F for food safety and quality. Handling Instructions: • Keep frozen until ready for use. • Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours or until completely thawed. • Do not refreeze. • Shake carton well before opening. • Shelf Life: 5 Days Refrigerated. French Toast: 1. Coat Texas Toast in Sweet Eggspedites® batter completely. 2. Cook on greased griddle at 350⁰F for 3 minutes on both sides or until fully cooked. Bread Pudding: 1. Pre-heat convection oven to 325°F. 2. Slice 2 lb. of stale Challah bread into 1/2″ cubes and place into greased half sheet pan (18”x13”x4”). 3. Pour 2 quarts of Sweet Eggspedites® over bread and add 8 oz. of walnuts. 4. Let soak under refrigeration in covered dish, for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. 5. Bake uncovered at 325⁰F for 30 minutes in a convection oven. 6. Let cool before serving.
