Bake Commercial Convection Oven: * Preheat commercial convection oven to 350° F. * Place frozen meatballs in a full-size steam-table pan. * Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until meatballs are above 165° F internally. * For more even heating, stir meatballs after 15 minutes.
