SHAPE CROISSANTS BY BENDING UNTIL TIPS TOUCH IN C SHAPE, BRUSH WITH EGG WASH IF DESIRED. 5. PROOF UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE AT 90 F (32 C) AND 70% HUMIDITY. 6.
