Tips & Handling
Step One: Place frozen Danish (3x4) on paper lined baking sheet pan. Step Two: Place on rack and cover. Place in cooler for next day’s needs. Step Three: Remove sheet pan from cooler rack. STep Four: Let warm at room temperature for 10 minutes, so dough is pliable. Step Five: Stretch Danish slightly in length. Step Six: Shape Danish in 1/4 circle shape. Step Seven: Proof Danish 45 to 60 minutes. Step Eight: Bake at 350°F for 14 to 18 minutes, or until light golden brown.
