BAKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE GUIDELINES: RACK OVEN: 370°F (188°C) FOR 16-18 MINUTES. COMMERCIAL CONVECTION OVEN: 320°F (160°C) FOR 16-18 MINUTES. NOTE: OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY.
