Receiving: Upon receipt into cold storage, the measured exterior surface temperature of the cup must be at or below 25°F/-3.8C. If outside cup temperature is above 25°F/-3.8C take an interior core temperature reading, which must be at or below 15°F/-9.4C. Sensitivity: Product is fragile because unlike most frozen ice cream products the individual cups are not completely packed out. NOTE: Cups are sensitive to damage if mishandled or dropped. Do not ship cups in direct contact with dry ice as they may be damaged by extreme cold. Use Styrofoam or corrugate to insulate cups from direct contact with dry ice.
