CANCELLATIONS
If you decide that you need to cancel an order which you have placed via Rich’s Online Store, please contact us immediately using the Online Order Form. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Rich’s is committed to quality products that taste delicious and perform as promised. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. No need to send it back! However, if there is an issue, please take a photo of it and send it along. For purchases made through Rich’s Online Shop, please contact us using the Online Order Form to start a replacement or refund of your purchase.
For damaged or unsatisfactory products that were purchased through a grocery store, retail location, or on another website, please contact the store where the original purchase was made
