| 1 tbsp. | Blue Cheese Crumbles (can Substitute Gorgonzola) |
| 1 tbsp. | Butter |
| 1 Pinch | Chives, Diced |
| 1 oz | Caramelized Onions |
| 4 Slice | Cooked Bacon |

Bake Rich’s Deluxe sub roll dough, following directions on box |

Prepare blue cheese butter by combining equal parts of blue cheese and butter, with a pinch of fresh chopped chives |

Split sandwich roll in half and spread with blue cheese butter |
