 Using a large pastry bag with a large star tip.

 Fill one half of the bag with lemon bettercreme and the other half with strawberry bettercreme.

 Line up packaging on countertop, place cupcakes into the packaging.

 Decorate each cupcake with the flavored bettercreme.
