2 oz Rich's Logo Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail (#03454)
1 oz Rich's Logo Allen® Filling French CrÈme Bakeable (#02863)
1 oz Crushed Pineapple
1 Each Rich's Logo Cream Puff Shell, 60 Count, 1.02 Oz (#08467)

Directions

 Mix crushed pineapple (drain off juice,) French cream, and Bettercreme to make fluff.

 Cut the top ¼ of cream puff shell off.

 Using an ice cream scooper, fill cream puff shell with fluff.

 Place lid on shell leaving some fluff to show.

 Garnish with a dusting of powder sugar.
