Mix crushed pineapple (drain off juice,) French cream, and Bettercreme to make fluff.

Cut the top ¼ of cream puff shell off.

Using an ice cream scooper, fill cream puff shell with fluff.

Place lid on shell leaving some fluff to show.

Garnish with a dusting of powder sugar.
