Ingredients

2 oz Rich's Logo Perfect Finish® Bettercreme® Vanilla Icing, 15-lb Pail (#03454)
2 oz Assorted Berries
1 Each Rich's Logo Cream Puff Shell, 60 Count, 1.02 Oz (#08467)

Directions

 Mix Bettercreme with berries to make berry fluff.

 Cut ¼ top of cream puff off.

 Using a large ice cream scoop fill bottom half of cream puff with berry fluff.

 Place lid on top leaving some of fluff to show.

 Dust entire cream puff with powder sugar.
