A 8 Inch double layer cake filled and iced with Lemon Bettercreme and garnished with fresh lemon zest.

Ice a double layer 8 inch cake with lemon icing. |

Using your spatula start at bottom of cake and drag the sides all the way around. |

Swirl the top of cake using the spatula. |
|

Using a fresh lemon place lemon zest on top of cake. |
