Ingredients

1 Unit Rich's Logo On Top® Original Whipped Topping, 12 16-oz Bags (#02559)
3 oz Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
1 tbsp. Lemon Extract
2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs

Directions

 Cut top of bag and dispense On Top into a bowl

 Mix in the instant pudding and lemon extract

 Scoop the mixture back into the On Top bag and use a pastry clip to secure.

 Layer graham cracker as a base layer and add a layer of On Top

 Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
