1/3 C Lemon Juice
2/3 C White Vinegar
1/4 C Dried Parsley
1/4 C Dried Dill
1/4 C Dried Chives
1/2 C Dried Thyme
2 tbsp. Garlic
2 tbsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Salt

 Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
