Roman Steak and Egg Roll-up

Steak and eggs get an Italian-inspired upgrade in this savory breakfast wrap. Tender steak and fluffy eggs are sauced with a mix of pesto and marinara before being topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. This sandwich is sure to be a welcome start to anyone's day.


1 Each Rich's 10" Oven Fired Flatilla (#00809)
3 Each Large Eggs
3 oz Strip Steak, Cooked And Diced
3 oz Shredded Mozzarella
1 tbsp. Prepared Pesto
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 C Prepared Marinara Sauce


Heat Flatilla until soft a pliable.
Scramble eggs with steak, mozzarella, and pesto. Season with salt.
Fill Flatilla and wrap to close. Serve with a side of marinara.
