Dairy-free Substitute: Add 2 tbsp Lemon Juice to Plant-Based Milk, chill for 5-10 minutes

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9”x13” pan |

In a large bowl, gently fold the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla extract together until combined |

Spread berry filling evenly into prepared pan |

For the cobbler topping, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl |

Using two forks or a food processor, cut the butter into the mixture until coarse |
