| 1/2 tsp. | Black Pepper |
| 1 C | Ricotta Cheese |
| 3 | Sweet Peaches, Sliced |

Store bought pesto can be substituted in this recipe
Directions

Toast the bread |

Place ricotta in a small bowl and add in black pepper and mix until combined. Set aside. |

Remove bread from oven |

Spread ricotta mix on top of each toasted bread slice. |
