3 C Shredded Cheddar/mozzarella Cheese Blend
12 Piece Tator Tot
24 Slices Pickle Chips, Dill Or Sweet
2.75 C Cooked Ground Beef Or Turkey, Lean
3/4 C Tomato Sauce
1/2 C Ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 tsp. Granulated Onion

1 pizza provides 2.25 oz. grain equivalent and 2 MMA.

Directions

Thaw biscuit dough until it has doubled in size and flatten to 4 inches.

Place the doughs on an oil sprayed, parchment lined, sheet pan.

Combine and mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl to create the Sloppy Joe mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. 2 ¾ cups (16 oz.) cooked ground beef or turkey, ¾ (6 oz.) tomato sauce, ½ (5 oz.) ketchup, 1T (½ oz.) worcester sauce, 1T (½ oz.) brown sugar, 1t granulated garlic, 1t granulated onion.

To assemble the pizza, evenly top with the following ingredients, leaving a ¼” border on each pizza biscuit dough. ¼ cup (2.3 oz.) Sloppy Joe Mixture, ¼ cup (1 oz.) shredded cheddar/ mozzarella cheese, 1 piece (.25 oz.) tator tot, 2 slices (.33 oz.) pickle chip.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165˚F. Convection Oven: 350˚F for 8-10 minutes. Standard Oven: 400˚F for 12 to 14 minutes.
Yield: 12 Biscuit Pizzas (6.46 oz.)
