 Base ice cake in Vanilla Perfect finish icing with an EZ ice tip.

 Pipe scalloped top and bottom borders in Lavender colored Bettercreme icing with #104 rose tip. Followed up with a beaded border on top of the scalloped border as shown with a #8 round tip in Pink Bettercreme icing.
