Directions

 Using speed icer, base ice cake with Made with Hershey’s® Bettercreme®.

 Using open coupler, pipe 1 band each of Blue Bettercreme® and Dark Blue Bettercreme® on side of cake.

 Smooth bands into the side of the cake with a spatula.

 Stripe pastry bag with Blue Bettercreme® and Dark Blue Bettercreme®.

 Using #12 tip, pipe rosettes on top and bottom border.

 Using #3 tip, pipe inscription.

 Garnish with mustache picks.
