1. REMOVE DESIRED AMOUNT OF LOAVES OF BREAD FROM FREEZER. 2. PLACE FROZEN LOAVES ON PAPER LINED FULL SHEET PANS. COVER PANS WITH PLASTIC AND PUT INTO RETARDER OVERNIGHT. 3. REMOVE THAWED PRODUCT FROM RETARDER AND PLACE LOAVES IN GREASED ONE POUND BAKING PANS. 4. PLACE BREAD PANS IN PROOFER AND PROOF UNTIL DESIRED HEIGHT APPROXIMATELY 1" - 1 1/2" ABOVE PAN. 5. REMOVE BREAD FROM PROOFER AND BAKE AT 400 F FOR 25-30 MINUTES. DEPAN BAKED BREAD AND ALLOW TO COOL FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE SLICING OR PACKAGING.
